As part of GDPR compliance, VinAR-ERP allows users to download their personal data effortlessly. This includes all identifiable information you've generated while using the system, such as:
✔ Username, Full Name, Birth Date
✔ Phone Numbers, Email, Location
✔ Contact Details, Address, Communications
✔ Leads, Opportunities, and other saved details

📌 How to Request Your Data Download

1️⃣ Log in to your VinAR-ERP account.
2️⃣ Visit: [your-company-url]/request-data.
3️⃣ Submit your request.
4️⃣ You'll receive a confirmation message that your request was successful.
5️⃣ Check your email for a link to download your data.

📂 The downloaded file will be in JSON format.

📄 Tracking Data Requests

  • Every request is logged in the "Personal Data Download Request" section.
  • The email containing your download link is automatically attached to the record.
  • You can search for "Personal Data Download Request" in VinAR-ERP to track requests.
