π Managing Currency in VinAR-ERP
VinAR-ERP allows businesses to manage multiple currencies with ease. The Currency List stores essential details like currency names, symbols, and fractional units (e.g., "Cents" for USD, "Paise" for INR). Most commonly used currencies are preloaded into the system, and exchange rates are automatically updated based on market trends.
π To Access Currency List:
β‘οΈ Home > Accounting > Multi-Currency > Currency
1οΈβ£ Configuring Currency Settings
Each currency has a default setup based on global standards, but you can customize it according to your needs.
πΉ Enabling or Disabling Currencies
By default, only a few major currencies (along with your companyβs currency) are enabled.
β To enable additional currencies, go to the Currency List and check the "Enabled" box.
πΉ Fractional Units
Some currencies have smaller denominations (e.g., "Cents" for USD, "Paise" for INR). You can define how these units appear when converting numbers into words.
πΉ Currency Symbols
π° Standard currency symbols (e.g., $ for USD, β¬ for EUR, βΉ for INR) are predefined but can be updated as needed.
βοΈ To place the currency symbol after the amount, enable "Show currency symbol on right".
βοΈ To hide all currency symbols, adjust settings in Global Defaults.
