📤 Easy Data Export in SuperNova

The Data Export tool in SuperNova allows you to extract data from any document type (DocType) and download it in CSV or Excel format. This is useful for reporting, backups, or transferring data to another system.

📌 How to Export Data

1️⃣ Access Data Export

Go to:
➡ Home > Settings > Data Export

2️⃣ Exporting Data in a Few Simple Steps

🔹 Step 1: Select the DocType (e.g., Customers, Sales Orders) you want to export.
🔹 Step 2: Choose the file format—CSV or Excel.
🔹 Step 3: (Optional) Tick the checkbox to remove header notes & column descriptions for a cleaner file.
🔹 Step 4: Select the fields to export (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).
🔹 Step 5: Apply filters if needed (e.g., export only customers from "Asia").
🔹 Step 6: Click Export to download the file.
