🔄 Bulk Update in SuperNova

Need to update the same field across multiple records? Instead of editing them one by one, Bulk Update lets you update them all at once!

📌 How to Use Bulk Update

To access Bulk Update, go to:
➡ Home > Settings > Bulk Update

Example Scenario:

Imagine you have 20 Quotations where the Territory is set to "All Territories", but you need to change it to "France". Instead of updating each Quotation manually, you can use Bulk Update.

🔹 Steps to Bulk Update

1️⃣ Open Bulk Update.
2️⃣ Select the Document Type, e.g., Quotation.
3️⃣ Choose the field to update, e.g., Territory.
4️⃣ Enter the new value, e.g., France.
5️⃣ (Optional) Add conditions, e.g., only update records where Status = "Draft".
6️⃣ Set a limit on the number of records to update.
7️⃣ Click "Update", and you're done!

🚀 SuperNova will now update all matching records automatically!

⚠️ Important Notes

• You can only update fields that are editable at the document's current stage.
• For example, the "Valid Till Date" cannot be updated for submitted Quotations.
